hmmm...don't really have much to say. I already have another journal at digital expressions, but I only have 2 friends there and no one really ever goes there. So I figured I'd try here, since I know a few people...yes I am a sheep.

As you can tell from my address and title of this blog, I am an aspiring pastry chef. I only just finished school in october and have been finding it very difficult to get into. There are no jobs available and if there are, they want more experience than I have.
How am I supposed to get experience if they won't hire me?! Darn catch-22!!! *shrugs* oh well, good things come to those who wait.
I know all good things take time, but I'm really growing quite impatient. I can't believe I'm going to say this...but I want a job!!

As for this blog, well...I've been known to update very sporadically...so yeah, I wouldn't expect to see me here all the time *blushes* sorry.
